Community Case Worker – Workforce Readiness Certificate (CCSS Track)

This program awards a Postsecondary Workforce Certificate issued by ACCL Speed Athletics Academy under New Mexico Higher Education Department (NMHED) rules for non-degree, non-credit postsecondary education. The curriculum is designed to prepare participants for entry-level employment in Community Case Worker and Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) support roles through intensive, competency-based training. Instruction emphasizes professional conduct, ethics and boundaries, client engagement, documentation awareness, crisis recognition, and community resource coordination. This certificate is a workforce preparation credential, not a professional license or certification. It does not award continuing education units (CEUs) and does not replace credentialing or certification requirements administered by the New Mexico Credentialing Board for Behavioral Health Professionals (NMCBBHP).
