Dior graduated from Saint Augustine's University (*HBCU) - Raleigh, NC with a B.S in Fine Arts and holds two Masters of Education degrees from East Central University ADA with an emphasis in Sports Administration and Educational Leadership. He holds an NASM Personal Trainer and High Performance certification as well as the IAAF Level III Coaching certification. Dior began his education path in 2012 working at Iowa Western Community College and flourished at the National Sports Institute abroad as a Director Representative.

Years of talent identification, coaching and leadership in the United States and abroad has proven to Dior that health and physical education can be used as a tool for social and physical development.
